ROADIS, Madrid HQ, seeks an Investment Senior Analyst to analyze, structure, and manage toll road investments across emerging markets. You will build complex financial models and support deal execution from inception to completion.

Requirements include a degree in business, economics, engineering or finance, 3-5 years in M&A/investment, advanced English, and a Portuguese asset is valued. The role offers a hybrid schedule with international exposure opportunities and growth within ROADIS.

• Perform thorough financial and operational analysis of investment opportunities in emerging markets.
• Develop and review financial models with model integrity and sensitivity analysis.
• Assist with risk assessments, scenario analysis, and valuation exercises.
• Conduct market research and due diligence on regulatory, political, and macro factors.
• Support deal management and prepare investment proposals for stakeholders.
• Contribute to information dissemination and project organizational improvements.
• Collaborate with advisors and respond to project to enhance team performance.
