ROADIS Investment Manager in Madrid leads the entire investment lifecycle from origination and evaluation to deal execution and portfolio development. You will work with senior investment professionals and gain exposure to strategic transactions across international markets.

The role requires 5–8 years in M&A, advanced financial modelling, and strong English; Portuguese is a plus. A dynamic, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work across teams in demanding situations are essential.

Formación

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in M&A, Investment, Valuation and Financial Modelling in infrastructure.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills for due diligence.
• Advanced English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience running deals from origination to closing with external advisors.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities in assigned markets.
• Support preliminary analysis and develop a database of opportunities.
• Coordinate due diligence with internal and external teams.
• Prepare transaction budgets and financial models for opportunities.
• Oversee and coordinate the due diligence process and information dissemination.
• Contribute to improving M&A processes and best practices.
