Based in Spain, the position is remote within Spain with an option to work hybrid from Mallorca for those who relocate or travel frequently.

You will help define the company’s long‑term vision and strategic pillars, informed by deep market expertise and understanding of the competitive landscape while elevating the quality and consistency of strategic planning across the organization.
