Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in Madrid to design, implement, and operate scalable, secure infrastructure across AWS and on‑prem data centers. You will advance our hybrid cloud strategy and mentor engineers across Platform, Security, DevOps, and Software teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems and infrastructure engineering.
• 2+ years in production environments using cloud preferably AWS.
• Proven track record designing, building, and maintaining hybrid cloud architectures (AWS + On-Premise).
• Basic hands-on experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Basic experience operating in international, distributed, and cross-functional teams.
• You must reside in Madrid.
• English: Professional working proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Spanish: Native or full professional proficiency (C1 or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, and maintain core hybrid infrastructure across on-prem and AWS.
• Support secure, high-availability hybrid cloud connections.
• Administer core AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, Route 53, ELB/ALB).
• Configure secure networking between cloud and datacenter environments.
• Manage Linux and Windows Server platforms and core networking services.
• Administer virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper‑V, or KVM).
• Handle datacenter operations and occasional hardware maintenance.
• Deploy and troubleshoot production Kubernetes clusters and containerized apps.
• Assist storage operations, backups, and DR planning.
• Support IaC deployment workflows using Terraform.
• Maintain network security and monitoring across cloud/on‑premise.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Produce technical documentation in English.
