Palma-based Installation Company is seeking three Senior HVAC Technicians (Oficial 1ª) to install, service, and repair climate control systems in Mallorca. The role requires handling fault diagnostics and commissioning, with a focus on safety and quality across various setups.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of Oficial 1ª HVAC experience, a valid category B license, and a preference for SAT experience and F-gas knowledge.

An established installation company based in Palma is seeking three skilled Senior HVAC Technicians (Oficial 1ª) to carry out installation, maintenance, and repair projects. If you take pride in technical precision and want a stable weekday schedule in Palma, this opportunity is tailored for you.

In this role, you will handle a wide range of climate control systems and ensure optimal operation for various setups across the area. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Installing, servicing, and repairing air conditioning and climate control systems.
• Conducting fault diagnostics, troubleshooting malfunctions, and commissioning newly installed equipment.
• Performing hands-on technical work on split units, multi-split systems, ducted air conditioning, and fan coils.
• Ensuring all technical interventions meet the highest safety, efficiency, and quality standards.

To qualify for this position, you should bring solid practical expertise in HVAC systems and the capability to work independently on site. Requirements include:

• At least 12 months of documented professional experience in HVAC systems at Oficial 1ª level.
• A valid Category B driving license (mandatory).
• Prior experience in fault diagnosis and technical assistance services (SAT) is strongly valued.
• Knowledge of or certification in handling fluorinated greenhouse gases (F-gas) is highly appreciated.
• Practical understanding of electrical connections and components related to HVAC equipment.

The company offers long-term stability and clear working conditions:

• A permanent contract (contrato indefinido) with a planned start date of October 1, 2026.
• Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, ensuring your weekends and evenings remain free.
• A gross annual salary of 25,153 EUR distributed over 12 monthly payments, competitive and aligned with your experience and responsibilities.
