Blacklane is seeking a senior Product leader to own the Chauffeur Domain, guiding five Product Managers and multiple cross-functional teams. You will set vision, priorities, and strategy to deliver impactful, data-driven improvements while balancing partner and guest needs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in product management, strong analytics, and exceptional communication in fast-paced environments. Ride-hailing or logistics experience is a bonus.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 4 years managing Product Managers.
• Owns complex product domains end-to-end and ships data-driven improvements that moved the needle.
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to use data to make decisions and influence others.
• Excellent communication skills for aligning cross-functional teams and executive strategy.
• Experience in fast-paced, technically complex environments with ambiguous problems.
• Bonus: background in ride-hailing, logistics, marketplace, or operations products.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the product vision and priorities for the Chauffeur Domain, ensuring every team is working on the highest-impact problems.
• Manage, mentor, and grow five Product Managers across different seniority levels.
• Partner closely with engineering, data science, and operations to solve hard technical problems.
• Balance chauffeur and partner needs against guest experience requirements, making smart trade-offs.
• Stay close to market dynamics and partner behaviour to keep the strategy sharp and the roadmap grounded.
• Serve as the domain's senior voice across the business with leadership, partners, and teams building alongside you.
