Job summary

EngRadar / Thunes in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Golang) to join our engineering team. You will work on core platform components that process millions of transactions and connect with hundreds of partners worldwide, delivering scalable APIs and services.

The role offers a hybrid work policy, competitive compensation, and opportunities to influence fintech infrastructure across multiple regions.

Qualifications

Proficient in Golang and building scalable services.
Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers (AWS SNS/SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Passionate about Agile methodologies (TDD, CI/CD).
Experience designing web and API solutions in FinTech context.

Responsibilities

Develop highly available services exposed via APIs.
Contribute to design, implementation and shipping of new products for internal/external stakeholders.
Deliver high-quality, secure, scalable, well-documented software.
Champion Agile practices within the team and participate in sprint ceremonies.
Evaluate new technologies and opportunities to improve the stack.
