Aristocrat is seeking a senior game production lead in Barcelona to drive live operations, collaborating with internal and external teams. You will promote a positive culture, manage roadmaps, and align with business priorities to deliver on time across a large production team.

The role requires 8-10 years in game production, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with Jira/Confluence; PMP/Prince2/Scrum certifications are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Master Jira and Confluence user skills.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• A self-starting, emotionally intelligent leader with experience delivering games working

with internal / external teams and stakeholders

• Excellent analytical skills and creative problem solving chops
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• 8-10 years of game production experience in live operations
• Hardy familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best

practices

• Master Jira and Confluence user skills
• Have a few shipped games under your belt, mobile F2P a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 and Scrum certification preferred

• Overseeing the development of a large team, managing a comprehensive plan.
• Measuring project performance and working with the team to continually identify areas for improvement
• Identifying and managing risk
• Reporting back to the Leadership Team and ensuring that the progress is communicated via the right forums
• Advocating for studio best practices, techniques, and standards
• Mentoring & developing the production team
