Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. is seeking an experienced game production leader to drive delivery across the full life cycle of live operations projects.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams, mentor a large production team, and promote a culture of excellence and accountability. The role requires 8–10 years of game production experience, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and mastery of Jira and Confluence.

• Self-starting, emotionally intelligent leader with experience delivering games and working with internal/external teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills and creative problem solving chops.
• 8–10 years of game production experience in live operations.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Master Jira and Confluence user skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP/Prince2/Scrum certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promote positive team culture.
• Plan and execute the roadmap with stakeholders across the game life cycle.
• Communicate business priorities and deliverables; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Oversee development of a large team and manage a comprehensive plan.
