Scopely is seeking a Senior Gameplay Designer to join the Stumble Guys team, shaping core player experience with mechanics, abilities, and scalable systems that are fun and replayable.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Art, UX/UI, Production, Product Analytics, QA, and other designers to move features from concept to release, prototype with player feedback and live data, and maintain quality and balance across maps and modes.

Formación

• Strong gameplay design skills with a solid understanding of multiplayer gameplay and player interaction.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to gather feedback, align stakeholders, and iterate collaboratively.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use playtest results and data to improve designs.
• Experience writing clear technical design documentation, including design briefs and feature specifications.

Scopely is seeking a Senior Game Designer to join our Stumble Guys team! Stumble Guys is one of our most recent hits, with millions of fans joining the party every single day, constantly keeping it at the top of the charts in over 50 countries and with the ambition of becoming nothing less than a beloved franchise and to be played for many years to come.

This is a key role within the Gameplay cluster. As a Senior Gameplay Designer, you’ll help shape the core player experience by designing abilities, mechanics, and gameplay systems that are fun, readable, scalable, and replayable. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create gameplay that reaches millions of players around the world.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of gameplay design, player psychology, and multiplayer games. They are an excellent communicator, comfortable collaborating across disciplines, and able to turn ideas into clear, actionable designs.

What You Will Do

What We’re Looking For

• Strong gameplay design skills with a solid understanding of multiplayer gameplay and player interaction.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to gather feedback, align stakeholders, and iterate collaboratively.
• Passion for playing and analyzing games across multiple genres.
• Comfortable working independently while thriving in a highly collaborative environment.
• Experience writing clear technical design documentation, including design briefs, feature specifications, and implementation documentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use playtest results and data to improve designs.
• Experience in combat design, level design or narrative design are a plus.
