Zusammenfassung

LUZA Group is seeking an experienced Functional Safety Engineer in Madrid to support the development and implementation of automotive Functional Safety requirements in line with ISO 26262. You will work across concept, system, hardware and software development, performing HARA activities and ASIL determinations.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, development of Safety Goals and Technical Safety Concepts, and ensuring traceability and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Automotive, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 26262 and its application.
• Experience with Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA), ASIL classification.

Aufgaben

• Support the definition, development and implementation of Functional Safety requirements for automotive systems and components.
• Contribute to Functional Safety activities throughout the product development lifecycle from concept to system, hardware and software.
• Perform and support HARA activities, including hazard identification, risk classification and ASIL determination.
• Develop Safety Goals, Functional Safety Concepts and Technical Safety Concepts.
• Define and trace Functional Safety requirements across the project lifecycle.
• Translate Functional Safety requirements into technical specifications for product teams.
• Review architectures and deliverables for ISO 26262 compliance.
• Support safety analyses and resolution of safety-related issues.
• Participate in reviews, safety assessments and compliance activities.
