Job summary

Aldia is seeking a Functional Safety Process Engineer to join our Tarragona team. You will define and analyze functional safety processes in line with ISO 26262, act as an internal auditor, and drive continuous improvement within Safety Process Management.

You will support problem solving and foster a proactive safety culture among colleagues. The role requires knowledge of ISO 26262:2018, experience with JIRA, and familiarity with industry tools like 8D, 5 Whys, PPAPs, APQP, LPMP, VDA and IATF.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 26262:2018 and related safety processes.
• Experience with FUSA audits or internal audits is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality tools (8D, 5 Whys, PPAPs, APQP) and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and analyze functional safety processes in line with ISO 26262.
• Act as internal auditor for safety process management.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement of Safety Process Management.
• Provide support by solving problems and removing safety-related issues.
• Lead a proactive safety culture within projects and teams.
