TUI is seeking a Senior SAP Finance & Controlling Specialist to join our Corporate Systems team in a multinational finance environment. You will configure and support SAP ECC & S/4 Finance and Controlling within FI/CO, delivering high-quality solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and more.

Fluent English is essential and Spanish is preferred. You’ll work in an Agile setting with cross-functional stakeholders on global projects, enjoying generous travel benefits and a strong focus on

Formación

• Proven experience in SAP FI/CO and generalist knowledge of finance processes in multinational environments.
• Hands-on configuration and customizing in SAP FI/CO: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on configuration, enhancement and maintenance of SAP ECC & S/4 Finance and Controlling in a multinational environment.

About The Job

• As a Senior Functional Consultant, you'll tackle multiple challenges and work closely with a varied set of business and technology stakeholders every day.
• A deep understanding of SAP ERP Finance systems (FI/CO) architecture and design will help you effectively deliver, configure and support solutions within a cross-functional team.
• Your main responsibility will be the hands-on configuration, enhancement and maintenance of our SAP ECC & S/4 Finance and Controlling solution in a multinational environment, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery while complying with local tax and legal regulations.
• Detailed analysis of business requirements is key – you'll translate these into appropriate SAP solutions across FI/CO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order Management and Master Data.
• You'll participate actively in our SAP S/4 transformation initiatives, contributing to design, data migration, integration and cut-over activities.
• Working with Agile methodology will structure your daily work – think sprints, daily stand-ups, a prioritised backlog and close collaboration with the Product Owner and Scrum Master.

About You

• Proven experience in the SAP FI/CO area and generalist knowledge in all SAP Finance related processes including record-to-report.
• Firm understanding of finance processes in a multinational environment is essential.
• Hands-on configuration and customising experience in SAP FI/CO (e.g. GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA, Master Data).
• You're passionate about agile software delivery practices, delivering business value, change management and driving continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English is a must and working proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
