THEWHITEAM Consulting offers an opportunity for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a dynamic technology team in Barcelona. You will work across frontend and backend using Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Python, and FastAPI, with AWS cloud services in a Scrum environment.

The role emphasizes solving complex problems, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable applications.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of fullstack development experience.
• Strong experience with Next.js and React.
• Experience with UI development using Storybook.
• Expertise in Tailwind CSS and responsive design.
• Backend experience with Python and FastAPI.
• Experience with automated testing using pytest.
• Knowledge of Gherkin, Cucumber and Playwright.
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Experience with charting libraries (ECharts, Chart.js, Recharts).
• Proficient in Git and Scrum Agile environments.
• English C1 and Spanish professional working proficiency.
• Ability to mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications with Next.js and React.
• Build responsive UIs with Tailwind CSS.
• Develop backend components with Python and FastAPI.
• Integrate frontend and backend services for reliable apps.
• Implement automated tests with pytest, Playwright and friends.
• Work with data visualization libraries for charts.
• Deploy and manage apps on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Ensure performance, scalability and security requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize applications.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and planning sessions.
• Collaborate with designers, product and other developers.
• Contribute to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge.
