El rol requiere dominio de inglés y español y disponibilidad para oficinas client, con posibilidad de remoto, pero basados en España y disponibles al menos 3 días por semana.

Las responsabilidades incluyen desarrollo full stack, integración de LLMs y diseño de arquitecturas de agentes, colaborando estrechamente con equipos de producto, ingeniería y datos.

Formación

• 8+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.
• Título de grado en informática, ingeniería o campo relacionado.
• Dominio avanzado de inglés y español.
• Experiencia con TypeScript y React en entornos de producción.
• Experiencia implementando LLMs e integración en apps.
• Conocimiento sólido de arquitectura de agentes y flujos multiagente.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar aplicaciones utilizando TypeScript y React en el-sideFull Stack development.
• Integrar LLMs en soluciones empresariales.
• Diseñar arquitecturas de agentes con memoria, planificación y uso de herramientas.
• Colaborar con managers de producto, ingenieros y datos para entregar soluciones de alta calidad.
• Adaptarse a entornos dinámicos y cambios de prioridad.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (TypeScript / React) – AI & LLMs to join our team in Spain. This role requires advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish, and availability to attend client offices in Madrid or other locations as needed. Remote work is possible, but candidates must be based in Spain and available at least 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Build scalable applications using TypeScript and React.
• AI Integration: Implement and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) within enterprise solutions.
• Agent Architecture: Design agentic workflows, including memory, planning, and tool use.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments and adjust to shifting priorities.

Must-have Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong fundamentals (data structures, design patterns, scalability).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
• Proven expertise with TypeScript + React in production environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing LLMs and integrating them into applications.
• Strong understanding of agent architecture and multi-agent workflows.

Nice-to-have

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting, analysis, or automation.
• Experience in project management within self-organizing teams.
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks and monitoring AI performance.
