El rol combina desarrollo frontend y backend, integración de IA y trabajo con LLMs, con opción de remoto y presencia en oficinas según necesidad.

Se requiere experiencia de 8+ años, grado en CS/ingeniería, dominio de TypeScript y React, y capacidad de trabajar en entornos multiculturales, con inglés y español avanzados.

Formación

• 8+ años de experiencia en ingeniería de software con fundamentos sólidos.
• Bachelor’s degree en CS/Ingeniería o campo relacionado.
• Dominio avanzado de inglés y español.
• Experiencia demostrada con TypeScript + React en entornos de producción.
• Experiencia práctica implementando LLMs e integrándolos en aplicaciones.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar aplicaciones full stack escalables con TypeScript y React.
• Integrar y optimizar LLMs en soluciones empresariales.
• Diseñar arquitecturas de agentes, memoria, planificación y uso de herramientas.
• Colaborar con PMs, ingenieros y equipos de datos para entregar soluciones de alta calidad.
• Adaptarse a entornos dinámicos y cambios de prioridades.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (TypeScript / React) – AI & LLMs to join our team in Spain. This role requires advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish, and availability to attend client offices in Madrid or other locations as needed. Remote work is possible, but candidates must be based in Spain and available at least 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Build scalable applications using TypeScript and React.
• AI Integration: Implement and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) within enterprise solutions.
• Agent Architecture: Design agentic workflows, including memory, planning, and tool use.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments and adjust to shifting priorities.

Must-have Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong fundamentals (data structures, design patterns, scalability).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
• Proven expertise with TypeScript + React in production environments.
• Hands‑on experience implementing LLMs and integrating them into applications.
• Strong understanding of agent architecture and multi‑agent workflows.

Nice-to-have

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting, analysis, or automation.
• Experience in project management within self‑organizing teams.
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks and monitoring AI performance.
