Job summary

Óscala is expanding its remote-capable Full Stack Senior Developer team to support a growing client base across Europe. You will enhance and maintain the Reseller platform, drive backend tasks in a multidisciplinary squad, and collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to deliver scalable features with high quality.

We value strong CS fundamentals, distributed systems experience, and hands-on work with Golang, modern JS frameworks, and AWS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Backend Developer or equivalent.
• Strong CS foundations, distributed systems.
• Experience designing scalable REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Golang and modern JS frameworks (Svelte, Vue.js, React).
• Experience with AWS and Agile environments.
• Familiar with API security standards (JWT, OAuth2).
• Willingness to mentor juniors and collaborate team-wide.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and test code following squad standards.
• Build robust REST APIs for Desktop/Mobile clients.
• Manage distributed systems in a cloud setup.
• Automate repeatable tasks with scripts.
• Write automated and regression tests to ensure quality.
• Document internal and external release notes and guides.
• Support and mentor junior developers.
