UST España & Latam is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join an international project in private banking and wealth management. You’ll work in a cross-functional DevOps-oriented team delivering modern, secure, and scalable digital banking solutions from Madrid.

The role suits engineers passionate about software excellence across backend and frontend, contributing to high-impact products in an Agile environment.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Strong knowledge of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with Oracle SQL or similar relational databases.
• Understanding of DevOps principles, CI, and CD.
• Experience with TDD and/or BDD.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI specifications and UML.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Work within a cross-functional Agile team operating under a DevOps model.
• Design, develop, deploy, release, and monitor high-quality software applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Engage in planning, backlog refinement, and feature definition sessions.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects to align developments with architecture strategy.
• Contribute to software engineering communities and mentor colleagues.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, testing, and adherence to standards.
• Promote continuous improvement and ownership across the SDLC.
