Shakers is partnering with a company building a next-generation financial services platform to bring on a Senior Full Stack Software Developer. It's a hands-on role with real ownership over core systems, working two days a week from a Madrid office in Retiro.

The candidate will design and build core modules, develop customer-facing portal experiences, and build backend services and REST APIs while collaborating with product, data and business teams and mentoring junior developers.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience across front-end (React or Angular) and back-end (Java, Python, Node.js or Go).
• Experience with high-volume or transactional systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Availability for a hybrid model in Madrid (Retiro), 2 days/week onsite.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build core modules of a financial services platform
• Develop customer-facing portal experiences on the front end
• Build and scale backend services and REST APIs
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction
• Uphold security, performance and reliability standards across the stack
• Partner with product, data and business teams on delivery
• Review code and support the growth of junior developers
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development without compromising quality
