Shakers is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join its FinTech platform team in Madrid. You will own core modules, shape architecture, and work with product, data, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure features.

The role is hybrid, based in Retiro with two days onsite per week, and involves mentoring developers and using AI-assisted tooling to move fast while preserving quality.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with high-volume or transactional systems.
• Available for a hybrid model in Madrid (Retiro), 2 days/week onsite.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build core modules of a financial services platform.
• Develop customer-facing portal experiences on the front end.
• Build and scale backend services and REST APIs.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction.
• Uphold security, performance and reliability standards across the stack.
• Partner with product, data and business teams on delivery.
• Review code and mentor junior developers.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development without compromising quality.
