Shakers Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer for a FinTech platform. The role involves hands-on design and ownership over core systems, with two days a week in the Madrid Retiro office and the rest flexible on a hybrid model.

You will work on customer-facing portals, backend services, and APIs, collaborating closely with product, data and business teams, and mentoring junior developers in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Front-end and back-end expertise with listed technologies.
• Hybrid work availability in Madrid, 2 days/week onsite.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build core modules of a financial services platform.
• Develop customer-facing portal experiences on the front end.
• Build and scale backend services and REST APIs.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction.
• Uphold security, performance and reliability standards.
• Review code and mentor junior developers.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development.
