UST seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep Angular and Java microservices expertise to build scalable, real-time data applications. You will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, leverage AI-assisted tools, and contribute to modern development practices to deliver high-performance solutions.

The role focuses on delivering robust RESTful APIs, frontend-backend integration, and continuous improvement in an Agile setting with a strong emphasis on code quality and UX design.

Formación

• 8+ years in Front-End with Angular.
• Expert-level Angular (latest versions).
• Real-time data features with ag-Grid.
• Java development with microservices (Spring Boot).
• REST APIs and JSON integrations.
• UX/UI design knowledge.
• TypeScript/JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3.
• Experience with AI-driven development tools.
• Git or similar version control.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, maintain web apps using Angular.
• Participate in Angular upgrade initiatives and modernization projects.
• Implement real-time data functionalities with grids (ag-Grid).
• Develop and integrate Java APIs and microservices (Spring Boot).
• Ensure front-end/back-end communication via REST/JSON.

What we look for?

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Angular and Java microservices, passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and working with real-time data environments.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions while leveraging modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using the latest versions of Angular.
• Participate in Angular upgrade initiatives and modernization projects.
• Implement and optimize real-time data functionalities using technologies such as ag-Grid or similar solutions.
• Develop and integrate Java-based APIs and microservices using Spring Boot or equivalent frameworks.
• Ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end services through RESTful APIs and JSON data structures.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness, especially in data-intensive environments.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UI responsiveness and real-time data rendering.
• Leverage AI-based tools for UX design, code generation, refactoring, and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate within Agile teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Front-End development with Angular.
• Expert-level experience with Angular (latest versions).
• Strong hands-on experience implementing real-time data features using ag-Grid or similar technologies.
• Solid background in Java development.
• Strong experience developing microservices with Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of REST APIs and JSON integrations.
• Experience with UX/UI design principles and user-centric development.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience using AI-driven tools for development, refactoring, UX design, and vulnerability reduction.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• English level B2 or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with state management libraries such as NgRx or Akita.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with data visualization libraries such as D3.Js or Chart.Js.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Background in financial services or other real-time, data-intensive industries.
• Experience with UX prototyping and design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Portuguese communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
