SustainRecruit Talent is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a high-growth AI-focused tech team in Barcelona on a 3–6 month engagement. You will work across frontend, backend, and cloud across Next.js, React, Tailwind, Python and AWS to deliver high-quality software.

You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers and backend engineers, mentor junior developers, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to performance, security and testing.

Formación

• 4–5+ years of experience with React / Next.js and full-stack development.
• Strong Tailwind CSS experience.
• Solid Python backend experience.
• Hands‑on AWS experience.
• Strong testing and engineering practices.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain web applications using Next.js and React.
• Develop responsive interfaces with Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design and test FastAPI services.
• Develop backend components in Python, with a focus on quality.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS.
• Improve performance, scalability and security.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications.
• Work within a Scrum/Agile environment, contributing to ceremonies.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and product managers to deliver features.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
