Frontiers is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a backend lean to join the RTM team, building a distributed .NET system with Vue/Nuxt frontends and SQL Server data operations. You’ll own end-to-end features, from design to production monitoring, in a hybrid Madrid-based role.

You’ll lead complex backend systems, modernise legacy apps, and leverage AI tooling to improve code quality, testing, and automation while collaborating across product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in software engineering with .NET experience.
• 3+ years with frontend frameworks (Vue 3 a plus).
• Strong Vue.js expertise and front-end fundamentals.
• Extensive SQL Server performance tuning and indexing.
• Experience designing REST APIs.
• Interest in applying AI to product features.
• Experience owning distributed architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET, Vue.js, and Nuxt.
• Modernise and replace legacy systems, including migrating Angular apps to Vue/Nuxt.
• Own full-stack projects end-to-end from spec through delivery and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Work in a multinational, cross-functional team to deliver software matching business needs.
• Write clean, maintainable code and uphold engineering best practices.
• Ensure quality through robust testing and reviews.
• Optimise performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems.
• Leverage AI tooling to raise quality, speed, and consistency.
