Joppy is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our HUB platform and help shape the future of Business Partner Transparency for international clients. You will work in a hybrid Madrid setting, building serverless, scalable solutions with Node.js/TypeScript on the backend and React.js on the frontend.

You’ll collaborate in small agile squads, drive CI/CD practices, and mentor junior developers, while focusing on performance, security, and user experience in a global, sustainability-focused

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development with Node.js/TypeScript and React.js.
• Experience in startups, SAAS, or product companies is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with AI-guided development practices in AI-driven engineering environments.
• Expertise in web services development and REST integration.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1 or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and optimize full-stack features using Node.js/TypeScript on the backend and React.js on the frontend.
• Develop software solutions that automate complex compliance workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in small agile squads (4-6 people).

One of the companies we work with at Joppy, which specialises in developing cloud-based software solutions using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), whose main focus is on helping businesses manage sustainability and regulatory compliance and operational efficiency, is looking for FULL STACK DEVELOPERS to join the team.

Working arrangements:

HYBRID in Madrid (3 days a week in the office).

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Business Partner Transparency (BPT) within our company HUB. We provide Supplier intelligence that goes beyond helping businesses ensure compliance with ESG regulations. We enable companies to unify transparency, compliance, and efficiency across their value chain.

Our HUB is a modern, enterprise-grade development platform that enables businesses to build powerful applications without worrying about infrastructure, scaling, or failover. You’ll help develop and refine this cutting-edge, serverless ecosystem while delivering meaningful solutions for international clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize full-stack features using modern back-end technologies, ensuring scalability and maintainability. You'll use Node.JS and TypeScript on the backend, and React.JS on the frontend.
• Develop and enhance innovative software solutions that automate complex compliance workflows for businesses of all sizes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in small, agile squads (4-6 people) to define, refine, and implement features.
• Ensure high-quality, secure, and efficient code through rigorous reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Own the architecture and design of Typescript based solutions, optimizing for performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Contribute to technical strategy and decision-making, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvements.
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence within the team.

Your Experience

• Strong experience (ideally 7+ years) in full-stack development, using Node.JS / TypeScript and React.JS.
• Experience in startups, SAAS or product companies. (MANDATORY)
• Hands‑on experience leveraging AI‑guided development practices and collaborating within agentic, AI‑driven engineering environments.
• Expertise in web services development and integration (REST etc).
• Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.
• Strong product mindset – you think beyond code, considering user experience, business impact, and scalability.
• Agile experience – comfortable working in sprints, participating in stand-ups, and iterating quickly.
• Excellent communication skills (C1 or equivalent) in English. German and/or Spanish skills are a plus, (but not necessary).
