NaviLens is redefining accessibility through cutting-edge technology. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to own the content management tools, the APIs powering our app, and the data/automation ecosystem for international scale, improving millions of users' lives.

Formación

• Solid experience in frontend and backend development with JavaScript and TypeScript; hands-on experience with Angular and React is especially valued.
• Backend experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Fastify or NestJS.
• Strong command of the web ecosystem: HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and Git.
• Regular, confident use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar).
• Working knowledge of relational (SQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with good communication and a results-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work on-site in Murcia, Spain.

• Work closely with product, deployment, and project teams to turn client needs into technical solutions.
• Support deployments and international projects with the technical criteria they require.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our technology team and take on a key role in the evolution of our platform: the content management tools our clients work with every day, the APIs that power our app, and the data and automation ecosystem that supports our operations at international scale.

This is a role with real technical depth and direct ownership of product in production, in a company where every engineering decision has a measurable impact on people's lives.

THE ROLE

Build and evolve the software behind the NaviLens ecosystem: design scalable backend services and APIs, develop accessible web applications for our clients and internal teams, and bring engineering judgement to the architecture decisions and practices of a growing technical team, always with accessibility and reliability as first-class criteria.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Full Stack Development

• Develop and evolve full stack web applications (frontend and backend) across the NaviLens ecosystem.
• Design and implement scalable APIs and backend services on cloud infrastructure.
• Own features end to end, from technical design to production and follow-up.

Accessibility by Design

• Build interfaces that comply with WCAG 2.2, treating accessibility as a quality criterion rather than a final add-on.
• Contribute to accessible patterns and components that the whole team can reuse.

Architecture & Engineering Practices

• Take part in architecture decisions, code reviews, and the definition of the team's best practices.
• Help keep the codebase maintainable, tested, and understandable as the product grows.

AI in Product and in How We Work

• Integrate AI capabilities into the product and into our internal development workflows.
• Use AI-assisted development tools with judgement, knowing when to delegate to an agent and when not to.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the product, deployment, and project teams to turn client needs into technical solutions.
• Support deployments and international projects with the technical criteria they require.

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid experience in frontend and backend development with JavaScript and TypeScript; hands-on experience with Angular and React is especially valued.
• Backend experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Fastify or NestJS.
• Strong command of the web ecosystem: HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and version control with Git.
• Regular, confident use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar), with the judgement to know when to delegate to the agent and when not to.

• Availability to work on‑site in Murcia, Spain.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience building features on top of language models: LLM API integration, RAG, MCP, agent orchestration, or AI-driven process automation.
• Knowledge of PHP and associated frameworks (Symfony, etc.).
• Experience or familiarity with cloud services, particularly Amazon Web Services ("AWS").
• Understanding of cybersecurity and secure development practices (OWASP, access control, input validation, etc.).
• Experience with continuous integration, automated deployment, or containers (Docker).
• Knowledge of machine and server configuration, basic systems administration, and bash scripting.
• Interest or previous experience in digital accessibility and inclusive design.
• A level of English that allows you to work with technical documentation and with international teams and clients.
