Ticket Merchant is seeking a Mid-Senior Backend Developer based in Spain to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, primarily Next.js, and TypeScript. You will collaborate with product and data teams to create automations and features that drive business growth.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and the role offers a dynamic, international team with flexible working setup and opportunities to own features end-to-end.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript.
• Real git management via terminal.
• Experience with automation systems and backend workflow orchestration.
• Solid knowledge of databases (MS SQL, T-SQL).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and unit/integration tests.
• Knowledge of scalable architectures, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern DevOps practices.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain frontend code for a clean, optimized internal app in React (TypeScript).
• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Next.js (TypeScript).
• Design and implement automation tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver features that drive growth.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance at high loads.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code following best practices.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and backend stack improvements.
