Comply365's SafetyManager365 team seeks experienced full-stack engineers to build AI-enabled enterprise software for aviation safety. You will design, develop, and ship scalable solutions, with emphasis on test-driven development, pair programming, and production-ready code.

The role is full-time, hybrid from Barcelona, with core hours 10am–5pm and flexible scheduling outside those hours, and remote options.

Formación

• 8+ years building high-reliability or at-scale solutions.
• Strong backend development with Python/Go/Kotlin/Java or similar.
• Experience with enterprise-scale databases like PostgreSQL.
• Frontend experience with TypeScript is a plus.
• Infrastructure-as-code and major cloud provider experience.
• Practical ML model application is a big plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered software for aviation clients.
• Implement ML algorithms and data processing for predictive risk management.
• Integrate AI models into production-ready software with product teams.
• Write clean, well-documented full-stack code and maintain code quality.
• Own cloud infrastructure setup and maintenance for your code.
• Pair program regularly and improve development processes.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
