Job summary

Trading 212 Ltd. is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to own complex frontend features across web and mobile. You will design and evolve React and React Native systems, build durable abstractions, and tackle rendering and performance bottlenecks with TypeScript.

Collaborate with product, backend, and QA to deliver scalable user experiences while maintaining high-quality tests and code reviews. You will shape architecture, drive reusable components, and mentor peers to raise frontend standards

Qualifications

• Proven ownership of production frontend systems built with React or React Native and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of React rendering, component boundaries, data flow and state management.
• Designing maintainable frontend architecture and reusable abstractions.
• Experience diagnosing performance problems in complex web or mobile products.
• Sound testing judgement across unit, end-to-end and visual-regression coverage.
• Clear, structured problem-solving and the ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs.

• Sound testing judgement across unit, end-to-end and visual-regression coverage.
• Clear, structured problem-solving and the ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs.
• Strong engineering fundamentals, product judgement and confidence learning unfamiliar technologies.

Depth in one frontend ecosystem and sound tool choice matter more than familiarity with every technology listed.
