Job summary

Adwake, a tech-enabled services company powered by Entravision, is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to design, build and maintain web and mobile applications across React and React Native.

You will collaborate with product and backend teams to deliver high-quality, responsive interfaces, own iOS build tooling and App Store submissions, and ensure platform consistency across Android and iOS while advancing testing and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile or frontend experience, incl. 3+ years in React Native.
• One RN app shipped to App Store and in production.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
• Hands-on iOS tooling: Xcode, CocoaPods, signing, TestFlight, App Store Connect.
• Experience integrating third-party native SDKs (ads, analytics, push) in RN.
• Swift or Objective-C for native modules and debugging.
• Knowledge of App Store guidelines and ATT/privacy requirements.
• Testing with Jest plus a mobile E2E framework (Maestro, Detox).
• Experience with CI/CD and fastlane for mobile (CircleCI).
• Fast-paced, collaborative problem-solver who thrives hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the iOS build of the React Native app, collaborating with product and backend.
• Configure and integrate native SDKs on iOS (Firebase, AppsFlyer, AppLovin MAX, Sign-In, Intercom).
• Implement App Tracking Transparency, SKAdNetwork, privacy manifests, deep links, and universal links.
• Design iOS equivalents for Android-only features with product input.
• Write native Swift/Obj-C modules where React Native libraries fall short.
• Build iOS release pipeline in CircleCI with fastlane (signing, TestFlight, App Store Connect).
• Own App Store submissions and App Review, including rewards-app guidelines.
• Keep shared code platform-agnostic so Android and iOS stay in sync.
• Maintain testing on both platforms with Jest and Maestro/Detox.
• Review code and share iOS knowledge with the team.

Our mission is to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences across web and mobile devices, and we’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team.

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and backend engineers, to deliver responsive, performant, and visually appealing user interfaces. Your expertise in React and React Native will drive the creation of cutting-edge solutions that delight our users.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the iOS build of our React Native app, working closely with product and backend.
• Configure and integrate native SDKs on iOS: Firebase (messaging/APNs, analytics, App Check), AppsFlyer, AppLovin MAX, Google Sign-In, the Facebook SDK and Intercom.
• Implement App Tracking Transparency, SKAdNetwork, privacy manifests, deep links and universal links.
• Design iOS alternatives for features built on Android-only APIs, with product.
• Write native Swift or Objective-C modules where React Native libraries fall short.
• Build the iOS release pipeline in CircleCI with fastlane: code signing, TestFlight and App Store Connect.
• Own App Store submissions and App Review, including the guidelines that apply to rewards and incentive apps.
• Keep shared code platform-agnostic so Android and iOS stay in sync.
• Maintain testing on both platforms with Jest and Maestro end-to-end tests.
• Review code and share iOS knowledge with the team.

What you need to have:

• 5+ years of professional mobile or frontend experience, including 3+ years of React Native.
• At least one React Native app shipped to the App Store and maintained in production.
• Strong knowledge in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Hands-on iOS tooling: Xcode, CocoaPods, signing and provisioning, TestFlight, App Store Connect.
• Experience integrating third-party native SDKs (attribution, ads, push, analytics) in React Native.
• Working knowledge of Swift or Objective-C for native modules and debugging.
• Solid understanding of App Store Review Guidelines, ATT and Apple’s privacy requirements.
• Testing experience with Jest plus a mobile end-to-end framework (Maestro, Detox or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with rewards, offerwall, gaming or ad-monetised apps and how they fare in App Review.
• WebView-based hybrid apps (JS-to-native messaging, cookie and session handling).
• Sign in with Apple.
• React web experience (React Query, MUI), to help on the web app.
• CI/CD for mobile (CircleCI, fastlane, Firebase App Distribution).
• Google Cloud and Firebase.
• Sentry or similar crash reporting.
