Agilent Technologies in Barcelona is seeking an associate FP&A to join the COE that delivers planning, reporting, and analytics at scale. You will support forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, and business performance reviews across Finance partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, or related analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP, planning, and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, S/4HANA, Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to work across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Support forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, and performance reviews.
• Deliver financial reporting, variance analysis, and insights to Business Finance partners.
• Develop standardized analytical frameworks, KPI definitions, and reporting methodologies.
• Create scalable dashboards, reporting packages, and analytical tools for consistency across businesses.
• Execute standardized finance processes while identifying opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including migration of activities into the COE model.
• Maintain data quality and integrity across finance systems, reporting, and planning processes.
• Partner with Business Finance and cross-functional teams to provide timely analysis and decision support.
• Promote adoption of AI-enabled finance tools and best practices across the finance organization.
