Jobgether in Spain is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter) to own the mobile product experiences across iOS and Android, focusing on analytics, performance, and measurable outcomes.

You'll work on registration, discovery, profiles, messaging, and engagement while supporting multiple brands in a fully remote, international team. The role combines hands-on Flutter development with a strong emphasis on test coverage and scalable architecture.

Formación

• Strong professional experience with Flutter and Dart 3.x, delivering production apps for iOS and Android.
• Solid mobile architecture knowledge across UI, domain/use cases, and repositories.
• Hands-on with BLoC, Provider, GetIt and GoRouter for navigation and DI.
• Experience with networking using Dio and immutable data models via code generation.
• Experience shipping multi-flavor/white-label apps with per-brand configurations and Firebase setups.
• Automated testing experience, unit and widget tests; familiarity with bloc_test is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset using product data to improve mobile experiences and business outcomes.
• Fluent Russian and B2-level English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain core mobile experiences across authentication, discovery, profiles, messaging, and engagement.
• Analyze funnels and monetization to improve conversion and revenue metrics.
• Own analytics for core mobile journeys to inform product improvements.
• Ensure platform capabilities like push, deep links, and real-time features are robust.
• Support compliance analytics including consent management and age verification.
• Deliver production Flutter apps for iOS and Android with scalable architecture.
• Contribute to multi-brand configurations and Firebase environments.
• Write automated tests at unit and widget levels to maintain quality.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering in a fully remote, distributed team.
