Xsolla seeks a Senior FinOps Engineer to lead cloud financial management across GCP, AWS, and on‑prem. You will drive cost transparency, optimise spend at scale, and partner with engineering, product, and finance to keep our global infrastructure efficient and aligned with business priorities.

The role requires deep cloud platform knowledge, Kubernetes‑centric operations, and a data‑driven approach to cost accountability.

Formación

• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE or DevOps with a strong cost optimisation focus.
• Hands-on experience with GCP (priority) and AWS.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes resource allocation, autoscaling, and cost attribution.
• Proficiency with cloud cost tools (GCP Billing exports, BigQuery, AWS CUR, Kubecost, CloudHealth).
• Excellent analytical and data‑engineering skills; ability to build dashboards and forecasting models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cloud cost optimisation strategy across GCP, AWS and on‑prem infrastructure.
• Analyse compute, storage, networking, and Kubernetes usage to identify cost savings.
• Develop forecasting models, dashboards and automated reporting for real‑time cost visibility.
• Set tagging, budgeting and governance to enable cross‑organisational accountability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance and Product to guide workload placement and scaling.
• Promote FinOps best practices including rightsizing, reservations, autoscaling and multi‑cloud efficiency.
• Create tooling and pipelines for cost monitoring, anomaly detection and usage attribution.
