Job summary

Amazon España is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Central Operations across Europe. You will own the financial workflow for delivery stations, linking operational performance to cost bases and guiding productivity improvements. You will leverage AI and automation tools to focus analysis where it moves the needle.

The role involves cross-country variance analysis, stakeholder communication, and building scalable metrics to drive decisions in a fast-paced logistics network.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in a finance role partnering with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing people and teams.
• Proficiency with Excel and large-scale data mining tools (Python, SQL, Tableau).
• Experience in financial modelling and in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial partnership for a Central Operations area and connect metrics to outcomes.
• Deliver analysis to business owners, quantify opportunities, and influence decisions.
• Lead root-cause analysis across sites/countries and design scalable measurements.
• Drive cost-out and efficiency initiatives within your area.
• Own planning for the area and test business assumptions when needed.
• Communicate variance drivers to senior stakeholders and enable data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with data/tech teams to automate recurring analyses and adoption of AI tools.
