Kyoto Group AS is seeking a Senior Field Operations Specialist to ensure safe, reliable, and optimized operation of Heatcube installations across customer sites. You act as the operational link between customers, service partners, and internal teams to drive asset performance and safety.

This hands-on, international role combines technical expertise with problem-solving and field leadership. You will monitor performance with SCADA, coordinate maintenance activities, train operators, and support

Formación

• Technical education or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Marine, or Energy Engineering.
• Hands-on experience operating, maintaining, or troubleshooting industrial systems in energy/process sectors.
• Ability to diagnose across mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Experience with SCADA, DCS, or similar monitoring/control systems.
• Strong safety/HSE knowledge and risk management experience.
• Experience leading/training field operators or technicians.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safe, reliable operation of Heatcube installations, with proactive safety culture and compliance.
• Monitor and optimize performance using remote and on-site support; maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and process systems.
• Coordinate field operations, maintenance, inspections, and emergency response with partners.
• Act as on-site technical representative, training staff and developing procedures.
• Support commissioning, start-up, and handover of new Heatcube installations.
