Jobtailor is seeking a Lead Robotics Projects Manager to oversee complex, multi-site customer implementations from onboarding through operational autonomy, coordinating field technicians and internal specialists across regions.

You will act as the primary liaison for executive leadership and operations teams, driving user adoption and managing stakeholder relationships in dynamic industrial environments, with significant international travel.

Formación

• Degree in engineering, robotics or a related field.
• Proven track record in customer-facing role, ideally within robotics, industrial automation, or complex technical systems.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to both executive leadership and operational teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, navigate organizational dynamics, and drive user adoption in industrial environments.
• Strong capability to coordinate teams, manage on-site priorities, and maintain project continuity in high-pressure, international settings.
• Enthusiastic about frequent international travel (up to 60%).
