Supermicro is seeking a Senior Field Application Engineer to join a growing, dynamic team focused on developing opportunities in the global IT market. You will work with customers from ground to executive level, manage projects with internal and external teams, and help grow the business through a strong customer and solution focus.

The role requires collaboration across departments to start or maintain projects aligned with customer requirements, and travel to support enterprise AI/HPC and data

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, data center technologies, AI/HPC or accelerated computing.
• Strong communication skills to engage with enterprise customers, partners and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel to support customer meetings and strategic opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Support Enterprise AI / HPC and complex infrastructure opportunities across the region.
• Assist with end-to-end solution design including compute, GPU, storage, networking, and data center integration.
• Participate in technical meetings, workshops, and design reviews with customers and partners.
• Coordinate with sales, product management, engineering, and services to validate feasibility and execution readiness.
• Support RFQ/RFP responses with technically accurate solutions aligned to requirements.
• Identify and manage technical risks during design and execution phases.
