La Fosse is hiring an experienced F# Developer to lead the lifecycle of a Fleet Management System. The role involves researching, designing, developing, testing and delivering real-time, cloud-agnostic solutions in a mission-critical context.

Based in Barcelona or Algeciras, the freelance contract spans 6 months with a transition to a permanent role. Strong backend expertise, RESTful services, and cloud-native architecture are essential.

Formación

• Backend design and programming in F# and .NET Core (6/7/8).
• C# and Python experience is a plus.
• RESTful microservices development and debugging.
• Low latency, scalable applications.
• Distributed, clustered, multi-threaded architectures.
• Service interfaces and public APIs design.
• C++ OO design (modern standards).
• Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Databases: SQL/NoSQL/Cosmos DB.
• NHibernate, Protocol Buffers & Robot Framework.
• CI/CD with GitLab/Jenkins.
• Agile, BDD & TDD practices.
• Fleet Management System (FMS) experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full lifecycle design, build, test and deploy of complex distributed cloud-agnostic systems, delivering quickly through ambiguity
• Engineer resilient systems, owning availability and scalability
• Lead design and code reviews to lift the codebase and the team
• Shape RESTful API design end-to-end including versioning, authentication, retries and rate limiting
• Keep builds green and uphold branching/code management strategy
• Collaborate across R&D, IT, and Business Ops to align product and operational needs and build integrations
• Advise Product Owners on risks, debt, and improvements, driving retrospectives and cross-team communities
