Job summary

Opella Healthcare Group is seeking a Senior ERP Finance Functional Lead in Barcelona to steer the Finance domain during a global SAP S/4HANA rollout. You will connect Finance with Digital teams and project leaders, ensuring harmonized processes and scalable functional solutions.

Lead ERP delivery from design through go-live, participate in governance, and drive continuous improvement across multinational Finance operations. Fluent English and strong stakeholder influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP Finance and ERP transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes including reporting, controlling, treasury, tax.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work across business, technology and leadership.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, including financial reporting, controlling, treasury, tax, and core record-to-report activities. Deep knowledge of SAP Finance solutions, including SAP S/4HANA and related Finance capabilities. Ability to work effectively across business, technology, and leadership teams, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions. Self-directed and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
