Renvolt Energy is seeking a Project Manager to drive the successful execution of EPC projects in the renewable energy sector. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and handover activities, ensuring safety, quality and budget compliance.

The role requires a Master's in Engineering with 5+ years in EPC or infrastructure project management, preferably in PV plants or substations. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus and leadership skills are essential for coordination

Formación

• Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in EPC, construction or infrastructure project management.
• Experience in PV plants, substations or renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
• PMP certification or Project Management qualification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project controls and HSE requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Report to EPC Portfolio Manager and ensure successful execution of EPC projects.
• Coordinate stakeholders from design through handover to Operations & Maintenance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules (MS Project) and manage budgets and cash flow.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure timely material supply.
• Lead and develop project teams; allocate resources and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, quality, environmental and HSE requirements.
• Drive a safety-driven, collaborative and results-oriented culture.
