Fresenius Kabi in Barcelona seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect, Governance, to define, operate, and continuously improve the EA governance framework across the organization. You will ensure principles, standards, and review mechanisms are embedded and consistently applied in programs, IT projects, and architecture communities.

As custodian of governance, you will align decisions with business and IT strategy, drive early-stage advisory, and coordinate with federated teams.

Formación

• Degree in a related field.
• (7+ years) experience in Enterprise Architecture or IT governance.
• Experience defining or operating governance processes in large organizations.
• Experience facilitating architecture boards or senior decision forums.
• Experience working across global, matrixed IT organizations and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture governance frameworks and TOGAF or similar.
• Familiarity with LeanIX or similar EA repositories.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Define, maintain, and improve the Enterprise Architecture governance framework including decision flows and review processes.
• Align EA governance with IT, security, data, and innovation governance at group and segment level.
• Embed governance into portfolio management, demand intake, investment, and delivery processes.
• Prepare and facilitate Architecture Review Board sessions with structured materials.
• Manage decision logs, risks, and escalation to governance bodies.
• Own and evolve standards, policies, and guardrails, mapping them to practical criteria.
• Monitor compliance, identify deviations, and define mitigations.
• Promote shift from late-stage approval to early-stage advisory with cross-functional teams.
