Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a motivated SQA lead to define and govern scalable test frameworks for embedded software in Radio IC and SoC products.

You will drive end-to-end traceability, CI/CD integration, and audit-ready documentation across distributed programs. Collaborate with software, systems, and product teams to enforce best practices, measure quality with metrics, and guide continuous improvement in ADI software development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Significant experience in embedded software testing and validation.
• Proven experience designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and/or Python for test development and debugging.

Responsabilidades

• Define, govern, and maintain SQA strategy and test framework architecture with end-to-end traceability and audit-ready evidence.
• Drive architecture and evolution of reusable embedded software test frameworks and toolchains.
• Lead integration of test frameworks into CI/CD pipelines and define automated quality gates.
• Define and track quality metrics, conduct defect trend analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as SQA SME and collaborate with software, systems, and product teams to enforce best practices.
• Contribute to audits, risk assessments, and change management to ensure quality compliance.
