Analog Devices is seeking a motivated SQA lead to define and govern scalable test frameworks and practices for embedded software in Radio IC and SoC products. You will design reusable automation libraries, integrate testing into CI/CD, and ensure audit-ready traceability across the software lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and technical skills, with experience in embedded software testing, C/C++, Python, and CI/CD pipelines.

Formación

• Significant experience in embedded software testing and validation.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python for test development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and defect management tools.
• Ability to design automated test strategies and traceability.

Responsabilidades

• Define, govern, and maintain SQA strategy and test framework architecture across requirements, implementation, test coverage, and release artifacts.
• Drive the architecture and evolution of reusable embedded software test frameworks and toolchains for cross-program reuse.
• Lead integration of test frameworks into CI/CD pipelines and define automated quality gates.
• Define and track quality metrics, conduct root-cause analyses, and drive improvements.
