TechTeamz is seeking a Software Engineer to join its embedded systems and space technology division in Spain. You’ll develop with Zephyr RTOS and Yocto-based Embedded Linux, build drivers and applications for satellite systems, and contribute to automated tests and CI/CD practices.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, hardware bring-up, debugging, and performance optimization across ARM/x86 targets, with a focus on long-term maintainability and system usability.

Formación

• 5+ years of embedded software development experience.
• Strong C/C++ and Python skills.
• Experience with Zephyr RTOS, Yocto and Linux development.
• Experience developing for ARM and/or x86.
• Solid understanding of Git workflows and automated testing.
• Experience with hardware platforms such as Xilinx Zynq-7000, NXP i.MX RT, AVR32 or STM32.

Responsabilidades

• Develop embedded software using Zephyr RTOS and Yocto-based Embedded Linux.
• Build drivers, middleware and applications for communication and satellite systems.
• Develop Linux applications supporting ground-based communication infrastructure.
• Create and maintain automated Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) tests.
• Support board bring-up, debugging and performance optimization.
• Contribute to software architecture, CI/CD, testing and long-term maintainability.
• Provide technical support and guidance around system usage, APIs and troubleshooting.
