GE Vernova is seeking an Embedded Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and maintain embedded software in Linux/C/C++. You will work near hardware, contribute to energy-transition projects, and collaborate with global teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions in demanding industrial settings.

The role requires full-cycle embedded development experience, strong knowledge of embedded Linux/RTOS, and expertise in modern toolchains, CI/CD, and virtualization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/EE/CE.
• Proven, extensive experience in the full-cycle development of embedded systems.

Responsabilidades

• Architects, designs, and leads the development of critical components or entire embedded software product.
• Drives high-level technical discussions; leads architectural design sessions and translates complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to execute in a fast-paced delivery environment, ensuring high-quality output that meets critical product release goals.
• Maintains high code quality standards through the implementation of best practices, performing expert-level code reviews, and designing comprehensive unit testing frameworks.
