Ic Resources in Barcelona seeks an experienced Lead Electronics Engineer to own a next-generation hardware platform and lead a high-performing engineering team. This hands-on role spans system architecture down to PCB detail, collaborating with FPGA and software engineers to deliver a complete system.

You will mentor engineers, drive high-speed design and integration of PCIe, Ethernet, DDR5 and NVMe interfaces, and tackle challenging hardware debugging in lab settings.

Formación

• Leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Expertise in high-speed digital design and PCB development.
• Strong signal integrity and transmission-line theory knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with PCIe, Ethernet, DDR5, SerDes.
• Experience with AMD/Xilinx FPGAs.
• Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and HPC is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own system architecture of complex, high-speed platforms.
• Lead hardware development including PCB and interconnects.
• Integrate FPGA and high-speed transceivers; enable board bring-up.
• Oversee system validation and hardware debugging.
• Mentor and grow the engineering team.
