Roche in Sant Cugat del Vallès is looking for a Senior Engineer/Scientist in Electrochemical Method Development. You will innovate measurement methods, apply mathematical modeling, and drive algorithmic progress to enhance diagnostic systems.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and deep knowledge of IVD. Fluent English and strong communication skills are required for this on-site role.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional industry-related experience.
• Deep knowledge of In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) and requirements for analyzing biological samples.
• Experience with international guidelines (ISO 13485, CLSI).
• Strong skills in mathematical and statistical analysis.
• Proficient in presenting complex scientific results and technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Define and optimize electrochemical and optical measurement methods.
• Create robust models for measurement and calibration.
• Apply modern development techniques to improve diagnostic accuracy.
• Conduct investigations into product issues for performance maintenance.
• Manage tolerance budgets and related factors on analytical results.
• Spearhead functional and stability tests for evaluation.
