Ramboll is seeking a Senior Chief Engineer for Electrical System Design and Grid Integration to lead end-to-end design of large-scale power transmission projects. You will work within Ramboll's international Power Systems team on projects including electrification, offshore wind, data centres, and energy infrastructure.

The role requires strong leadership with a track record in managing complex electrical packages, hands-on modelling, and close collaboration with clients and senior technical

Qualificações

• Strong OEM experience and hands-on modelling expertise.
• Deep expertise with grid-forming equipment and FACTS (e.g., e-STATCOMs, frequency converters).
• Experience with electrical system design and modelling (PowerFactory, PSCAD).
• Hands-on grid compliance and grid integration for utility-scale assets (BESS, renewables, data centres).
• Excellent managerial skills; 5+ years leading large, complex electrical packages.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical system design from feasibility to construction.
• Develop optimized technical designs to connect assets to the grid.
• Lead technical dialogue with TSO/DSO to address requirements in design.
• Oversee engineering for large installations; manage QA and contractors.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management and specialists for client outcomes.
• Engage with senior client leadership and cross-project development of concepts.
• Participate in industry groups to stay aligned with standards.
