AECOM Spain is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Madrid to lead the design of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems for international projects. The role involves mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, and transportation.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and familiarity with North American NFPA/NEC standards, with a strong commitment to technical excellence

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in electrical design consultancy or construction.
• Experience designing MV/LV electrical installations for buildings and infrastructure.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and delivery of MV/LV electrical systems for projects.
• Prepare and review calculations, reports, specs, and docs.
• Develop electrical designs for small to large international projects.
• Coordinate electrical designs with architecture, structure, mech, tech.
• Provide engineering guidance throughout project phases.
• Plan resources, budgets, and schedules for design activities.
• Mentor junior and intermediate engineers.
• Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and QA.
• Attend client meetings and prepare proposals and presentations.
• Support project delivery during construction with clarifications and site coordination.
• Contribute to improving engineering standards and processes.
