Cummins Inc. is seeking an EIA Leader to guide EPC projects for BOP emergency power systems, with bases in San Fernando de Henares (Spain), Sandwich (UK) or Rumst (Belgium).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM field required.
• 15+ years leading engineering teams in complex industrial projects.
• Experience in design, procurement and follow-up of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Specialization in control loops and industrial automation with FAT/SAT and commissioning.
• Digitalization and Industry 4.0 project involvement.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and influence outcomes.

• Lead resolution of complex electrical, instrumentation and automation problems with business impact.
• Drive cross‑lifecycle product development execution and ensure design, validation, and delivery alignment.

• Enable data‑driven decisions by managing resources, risks, and priorities across projects.
